I've used their monthly pest control service for at least the last five years. I have always received excellent customer service and have no complaints regarding pests in my home. Ryan has always been prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I have also referred others who have also been satisfied.

Adrian Hurtado is our technician both at our business property and our home. He is very thorough and is always very careful in his work, so that nothing is forgotten. Awesome Tech!!!

We have been using silverback for about seven months now. Our service rep. Ryan is very communicative, polite, and on time to service our rental home. We are very pleased with silverback service and more importantly, how wonderful of a job Ryan does!! Thank you
