I can’t believe the level of hostility this company has. I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. The owner believes because he’s a Veteran he can bully and intimidate people. With all the other quality options in this town and I would choose someone who believes all men are equal. Andrew aka Ken believes in racism. As a black man I urge other black community members to avoid this company. We know what being called “woke” means Andrew aka Ken.

This company is unreliable. They didn’t show up when they had an appointment then sent us horrible emails when we told property management. We didn’t contact them our property management did. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional from a company. When we complained we were told we were to “woke” in his email. I take that as a racist statement as we are a multiethnic household. I bet if we weren’t that comment would have never been made! I won’t allow hate in my home and wouldn’t trust my electricity to a man who has anger issues. I would worry about the safety and quality of his work. He has already retaliated by driving by my home in the company truck.

Kenn was quick to call me back when I was looking for an estimate. He offered a deal if I was willing to set up solar panels. I loved supporting a veteran owned business. His workers were prompt and professional. They were clean cut and efficient. They took care of my emergency situation and showed up early the next day for the rest. I needed outlets changed to GFCI and I wanted outlets added. My exterior lights went out and after some diagnosis, they figured it out. They swapped out a light fixture, too. We were talking about my washer/dryer set needing hookups and they called in their plumbers on the fly. All of the work was done in hours. I was doing my own home projects...read full review
