I was scheduled for an apt yesterday morning via video call. No call came so I go into my patient portal. The apt doesn't show. Someone canceled the apt I've been waiting for over 6 months. This apt was the soonest I could get for angioedema affecting my breathing. I would give zero stars if I could. Why would they cancel without my approval? There is no other apt. Guess I'll asked to be referred somewhere else and let my insurance know you guys aren't worth the bother.

Dr. Meng Chen has been exceptional in her care. I am genuinely seeing positive results from my treatment, and I have complete confidence in the effectiveness of her treatment plan. My experience at Stanford's Allergy, Asthma, and Immunodeficiency Clinic in Atherton has literally exceeded all my expectations.
Dr. Chen's medical expertise and attentive approach are truly impressive. I don't believe there is a more efficient, competent, and well-rounded allergist anywhere! She has gone above and beyond by advocating tirelessly with my insurance company, conducting peer-to-peer meetings for medication approvals, and doing far more than I ever expected a physician to do to secure the treatments I needed. Dr. Chen is not only an outstanding patient advocate but also remains cutting-edge in her field. Her dedication to her patients is remarkable.

Unnecessarily complicated referral process, where at one point the clinic has to 'review' your doctor's referral to see if they'll accept you as a patient. The clinic has been sitting on the referral for 10 days. Scheduling tells me they've chased and still nothing. All while I'm waiting to get the healthcare I need. This doesn't seem like a professional organization.

Lousy doctors that don't respond to your history of allergy and asthma. Seems like no other unique medications they use besides Zyrtect and Xyzal!!
