Please do not bring your kids here. The doctor was questioning if I was the parent. I'm her adopted parent but to question me in front of her is so unprofessional. Why would you? Because our skin color is different. Disgusting to question. Then he asked why she is wearing something that I'm not going to mention here and the reason is because she has an array of disabilities. Then he asked me infront of her what disabilities she has. I mentioned that I worried that she wasnt eating well, I told her that she might have to see another doctor. He then said he would caution me in threatening her. Omg! Where do they get these doctors. It was the worst experience. I just go because it's empty, less wait time and not around that many sick kids.

Do not Bother with the Urgent care system. They are not helpful at all and will talk in circles about registering for appts. etc. The staff member I spoke to was very condescending and not very helpful at all. Also, the last patient has to be taken at 11:5 pm even though they close at midnight. Disappointing since my son was very sick and she told me to go to emergency instead and hung up the phone.

No wait. Came for ankle sprain and on site xray. Great service and experienced ER pediatrician. Gave ankle boot and crutches. Will return if needed.

My son was sick when he was about 6 months he had a bad cough and was throwing up so bad it would come out of his nose I took him here for walk in at night and was seen in 10 minutes they treated him and he was good in about 3 days gave him some antibiotics love this place in and out in 45minutes never a need to be in a hospital for 5 hours

I was able to make an appointment online for urgent care. Love this! It's very efficient. Got there before my appointment and was called in right away. Staff is friendly and efficient. There's was no wait. Doctor saw my child right away. Doctor was good with my kid and took the time answer all our questions. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Was just in recently for my baby girl, she had a random pink rash that was getting worst and her peds was out of town. Beyond grateful that I was able to get my baby seen within a hour, staff was very efficient and friendly. The doc was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the questions that we had. The actual visit was less then 10 mins, and baby girl didn't cry at all. Everyone was very nice, highly recommend this place. Own parking lot - plenty of spaceTho off the freeway, very safe, you would need to get buzzed inLobby very clean, always have a movie playing to entertain the kids

We had a terrible experience visiting here because of the treatment we received from Dr. Maria Natalia Uribe. If you truly care for your kids and want them to get the correct diagnosis, which I am sure you do, please go somewhere else and avoid this department and doctor at all costs. She did not show ANY care, patience, or love towards my young children, which came as a shock since she chooses to work for Children's Hospital! She prescribed the wrong glasses prescription for both my kids. I do have to say though all the other workers in this location were lovely and kind, but the one who mattered the most, the doctor, was very far from that.

Arrived 15 min earlier for my child's appt, for a check up only, but waited 45 min at the lobby before called into the office. No apologies from the doctor's assistant. Rather was rude and insensitive. Needs to improve her attitude toward the patient's parents. Doctor overall is good and has better attitude.
