First time in - and as a walk-in. First impressions were: Clean place, professional, lots of staff who were well-dressed and polite.
I was sat with Kiara. She did an amazing cut. Very precise. Very friendly and welcoming.
I will be returning, and although the rest of the staff seems as proficient as Kiara - I will be pre-booking with her.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I started going to this barber shop when Great Clips closed down and I love it here. It has a very "homey" atmosphere with relaxing lighting (unlike many salons/barber shops that have super bright, uncomfortable lighting) and makes for a perfect, quick haircut. They also put a warm gel and cloth with a quick neck massage to top off the haircut. 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been going to Hats Off for over 10 years. Shop owner is very friendly, respectful and polite. They have kid games and a pool table. Great barbershop to get a good cut at a very affordable price!
