Jordan did a great job- he was efficient and cleared a stubborn grease clog within 30 mins. He diagnosed it exactly and picked the correct tool - a “knocker” (?) a snake with a rotating chain to clean the pipe out. The clog wasn’t very far down but it was stubborn, a snake by another plumber was ineffective (through no fault of his, snakes can go right through grease plugs without clearing them.) And the price can’t be beat! This was my first time using Rooter Hero and I was very skeptical, but now I’m a fan! The whole process from dispatch keeping me constantly updated to relaying my concerns to the technician was spot on.
