The entire experience, from first meeting our sales rep, to having our window installed, was pleasant. Will definitely be working with Window World again should we need any other windows replaced.
I am happy with everything except one thing. They removed my window blinds, but they did not reinstall them. I understand it was mentioned on the contract, but why they don't want to do so. It must be easy job for them and it will increase customer satisfaction more. I don't understand their policy.
Everything!! Shawn's sales presentation was clear and provided impressive information and he was responsive to our calls and provided great follow-up all the way along. Delivery was ahead of schedule. Art Garcia and Jesse his helper, the installers, were like a well oiled machine, a great team and were direct employees of Window World, not outside contractors. They were on time and got the whole job completed in one day, and took the time to do a walk through with my husband and me. They clearly took pride in their work. And the WW office team provided great backup support when we called on them. I wld highly recommend them and this company!!
