Normally, I don't complain about work. I'm really unhappy about this. I just had the screen replaced back in February. It's worth less than two weeks now. The phone wasn't dropped, and if you look, you can tell the phone hasn't been dropped. The screen isn't cracked, but this is on my screen. I took it back to them. He tried to quote me another price, stating that there's no warranty. Instead of working with me, I will never go back to them again. I got what I paid for, but he'll never get another dime from me. Ever!!
After re-visiting the store again and talking with the manager(son). I would like to increase my score. I was very much satisfied with the serviced. ( And no I didn't asked for anything, Just a meaningful understanding on why and what could have caused this problem if not drop!

Store is not open at the times they advertise. Came back 2 times and they weren't open. don't waste your time coming here.

Went in to see if my Samsung Note 8 could be fixed. The battery was draining fast & then died overnight & wouldn't turn on. I opted to have the battery replaced & within an hour my phone was working again. Thank you!
