Terrible, flakey service!! Charged me and never followed through on their promise.Booked a cleaning service in advance to get our home ready before Thanksgiving. Just needed the kitchen, living, & dining room plus 1-2 bathrooms - not a hard or unreasonable amount of work to do, would have taken 2-3 hours tops. I was told by Ezra that they could do it and that a cleaning service crew would come at 9-10am the next day; I was charged $150 initial fee.Then morning of the day of I was told the service was pushed back to 11am-12pm. By 1pm-2pm no one showed up and time was pushed back AGAIN! I asked Ezra to confirm if someone was going to show up or not, and I was told that their crew confirmed that they would still be there that day, they then told me that their team would get there in 30 minutes. One hour later, STILL NO ONE SHOWED UP!!By this time it’s 3:30pm going on 4pm in the afternoon and Ezra was still hemming & hawing and giving vague excuses when I asked why they confirmed & charged for the booking if no one was going to show up!Apparently there was an emergency “that had never happened before” they never explained what that was exactly, but it doesn’t matter. If there really was a situation that we affecting their team, then they should have given me a more realistic time frame or just tell me out right that their team was not going to follow through.
