Sylvia has been so helpful in the immigration process to bring my husband to the U.S. She is very knowledgeable and knew what paper work to send in. I did my taxes at this location a couple of weeks ago. I heard of this place because my family has been doing them here for the past 6 years. The wait time was fast and the customer service was great and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that all my information was written down on paper. Other tax places that I have gone to stored the information in the computer. Also I didn't really get to speak with the actual tax person that worked on my taxes. I would have liked to have talked to him about any investment options or real estate inquiries because I like to invest money. One of the best Income Tax Return filling place so far. I filled with Paul - he was very detailed, calm and was answering all my questions very politely. He just wanted to make sure that my all doubts should be resolved.
