They wanted to charge me $119 to fix a cracked screen when in other places they charge me $80. I came here because they recommended the place but they charge too much I'll just take it to my regular place to get it fixed.

Very Accurate timing and outstanding work

This was my first time ever getting my screen repaired on a phone. It was simple and easy to do. I appreciated the care that went into explaining the process, what was going to be done and how long it would take. I also like how they are able to provide opportunities to replace the other items that needed to be removed in order to repair the phone. It feels like I have a brand new phone and can get more life out of it. Thank you so much!

I had put my new Samsung s25Ultra phone in a new waterproof case. Unfortuntely, the case failed and sank when I dropped it, fully submerging it in ocean water. The screen went blank and my phone's alarm cried incessitantly.
I thought it was done-zo.
But CPR Cell phone repair was able to revive it! I didn't lose anything.

I had an appointment at 11:00am and they never showed up. Not to mention, I drove almost 40 miles to get here. Completely wasted my time.

My daughters phone was seemingly dead. She needed is asap, I was contemplating giving in a just buying her a new one. But at 3pm Phoenix said he could have the phone ready in an hour. I got stuck in a stupid meeting and didn't make it back until 6.02pm. The store had closed. Phoenix reopened the register, he probably had places to be on a Friday night, but he did it anyway because he is a STAR.
A day, a week, that had been a complete disaster was made vastly better by Phoenix and CPR.
I will not hesitate to bring electronics to CPR whether its a phone, tablet, computer, game console. This is my new 1-stop-shop. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
