Lucy is a Miracle Worker!!! She is very Talented!!! A real Master of her Art!!! I have very fine hair. When I first went to Lucy my hair was very, very damaged because of over coloring it. She introduced me to some products that totally helped my hair out and showed me how to use them. My friends immediately noticed the difference!!!
