This review is for their online website. I ordered a hair oil on there and received the first email stating my order has been received Almost two weeks go by and no email or shipment. I contacted the salon and Jeff was the only helpful person and tried to get a hold of the online sales representative. The online sales representative said oh yeah I saw her order but we don't have it. So he thought it's okay we don't have it we can keep her money. He told Jeff he would contact me and refunc me he did not do either so I have to dispute the charge on my own credit card. Very shady online business! Do not buy from their online website

I thought I couldn’t go blonder but Luis was able to prove me wrong. His work looks natural on me and i look like a blond bombshell. He’s extremely focused and professional. He doesn’t mess around. Price was a luxury worth while. My blonde locks are worth every penny. Customer service was excellent, and the end results were fabulous! LUIS LUIS LUIS 😊❤️

LUIS LUIS LUIS! If you’re going to get your hair done here you need to have Luis do it, he’s absolutely amazing. From color, cut, style, to customer service he makes the whole process so easy. He never fails to exceed my hair expectations. If I’m ever unsure on what exactly I want, he takes the stress away and I know I can truly trust him with hair. I’ve been going to him for 4 years and will for the rest of my life!!!

I absolutely love Luis! He's very obliging and master Colorist and as compassionate to all of his clients cutting edge styles as well as consideration for the client. The salon itself has a friendly atmosphere and a camaraderie amongst the hairdressers! Highly recommended

I have been going to Luis for eight years. I cannot say this enough GO TO LUIS FOR YOUR HAIR. I have referred a couple friends here who have become long-term clients of Luis like myself… He always works with you and your time and makes sure that you leave the salon happy with the results. I got a new cut and style today and asked him how I can leave a review so other people can have the same experience as me! He gets along with everyone and everytime I see his clients walk in they always have a big smile and are excited to see him. HES THE BEST.Service: Shampoo & conditioning

Brittany is great! I was struggling with my hair for a long time, and I couldn't seem to get it to look good no matter what I tried. However, she helped me find what style I needed, and was very patient and answered all the questions that I had. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff. Busy place. Good service. I liked my hair cut. My stylist took a lot of time to understand what I wanted. How Iong I wanted my hair to be, where to split my hair, etc. I would appreciate more input from the stylist. I tend to always get the same cut and wanted the same style… year after year…
