Happy to give 5 stars to Pacific. They were great to communicate with, were very professional and did a fantastic job on my carpets and were able to get out some stains that I was sure were impossible to remove. I highly recommend them and will refer to all my friends and neighbors. I've used several other cleaners over the years and will stick with this one as it was a great experience and I'm impressed with their work and friendliness.

Will definitely use this company again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. They were very professional and had great communication. The last company I used messed up my carpets by not properly rinsing and drying and I immediately saw a difference when they were cleaning this time and the carpets were barely wet when they left. My carpets look so so good and I will continue to use them.
