I want to first say the nurses have given me the upmost care to the best of their abilities with the rare surgery I had to undergo. They did their best to accommodate me in my sensitive state. But this is in regards to Dr.Evans the surgeon who performed my surgery and what led up to the events of my discomfort now. I was admitted last week and given a procedure involving my gallbladder. I then came back because the pain had intensified close to 100 and I was completely out of it. Dr.Evans completely disregarded my pain. He kept saying it was unusual but would do his best to go about the issue. He did exactly that. I was correct about my pain and they removed both appendix and gallbladder. The next day Dr.Evans came to check on me and at that time I was completely out of it. I fell asleep on him right then and there. He did what he thought was best to wake me up and at one point pressed on my surgery sight to do so. I responded waking up and smacking his hand away. A knee jerk response. Dr.Evans took a step back at my request and stated he would no longer speak with me after assaulting him. I’ve been ignored by the doctors, remainder of nurses, and my pain and needs disregarded because of his carelessness and taking on something so personally instead of reacting professionally. I have been treated like a criminal, spoken to like a toddler, and no one is taking time to listen to my statements. Please be wary of the surgeons here at Alhambra Hospital. They don’t know how to separate personal from professionalism.

My son was being mistreated by the doctor very unorganized care I asked the doctor why he was refusing my son medical care he said : he is not desirable to our hospital’! Very upsetting I am going to sue this hospital

Tried calling to ask a simple question regarding insurance and the lady on the phone said she didn’t know and transferred me to another line that never answered and to then the line cutting off .. ( I attempted calling back but nobody ever answered back ) .They do not care or even try to help you . “I don’t know” are words you don’t ever want to hear at any medical facility. Useless staff.

I've gone several times, and every single time I've gone it's been great. I'm in and out within a few hours. They're nice kind, caring as well as very friendly. I have no complaints at all.
