Today is the third time I am turned away from receiving service. Reasons go from “we’re short staffed, I have other clients ahead of you, call first before scheduling, we’re too busy today”, etcI get all these reasons regardless of me having a booked appointment that shows availability in their system.If this is an error on their system, it should be solved so that customers don’t book an appointment when they’re short-staffed, and it shows as busy.I keep coming back here because there was a lady named Star who offered superb service for gray blending and haircuts. She’s extremely kind and attentive. Hopefully, they have / hire more staff like her.

I recently came in here to get a haircut and was serviced by a hairstylist name Hailing. I was given a great haircut in a reasonable amount of time, treated nicely and cordially. I liked that this place was clean and that I didn't have to wait long. I will recommend this place. There was absolutely, positively and unequivocally nothing that I didn't like about my experience. Will definitely be looking forward to returning here next time I need a haircut.

Arriving at 10:30am in the morning I walked in with no appointment and was able to get a haircut right away and it was fantastic! I just typed in my phone number and they found my account right away and allowed me to choose the options I wanted. Peet's coffee is right next door for the best morning ever.
