The Dr, Tech and even the receptionist were the most patient & amazing humans I've ever experienced at a veterinary office. Very calm, knowledgeable, encouraging and super compassionate. They treat your baby like their own. 10 out of 10!

Dr. Maria took care of my dog when I brought her in with digestive issues. She was kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely concerned about my girl. She discussed options and treatments and took excellent care of my dog. I would highly recommend her!

Awful experience here. I was charged over $700 for an exam, ear cleaning and amoxicillin. This was with the first visit discount 😵💫 NON EXOTIC. And the vet was pushing for over$10,000 of blood work and testing 🙀. I was not given a receipt ( I asked 2 different people), the vet was chaotic and bounced from aggressive to caring, it was really stressful. She raised her voice at me, it was an absolutely insane experience. So disappointed. I should have dug deeper into the reviews.
Also, I spent that $700 for NOTHING because she misdiagnosed my cat and I had to spend $400 at another vet to get a comprehensive exam and proper treatment AND the correct meds! Absolutely INSANE. This place is a scam.

11-10-25 Update As before professional, friendly and knowledgeable.,,Dr Archie is a “dog whisperer” - putting my Max at ease while conducting a thorough examination.., the staff are also great to work with..
Prior review: Friendly, professional and attentive.., I feel so fortunate to have this group of pros to attend to my little Angel Max, who was seen on short notice and taken care of by Doctor Cola and Nurse Lauren with an assist from Arlyne and Lisa. I highly recommend and feel comfortable knowing that Max is in such good hands for his current and future medical needs.
4/2023 update - little Max needed dental work and I was super anxious about him going under an aesthetic - however I was comfortable that Doctor Cola would take good care of him and I was relieved when it was all over (14 teeth removed). The post procedure information and follow up by Nurse Nicollette and Julia was much appreciated and Melissa / the front desk staff were courteous and understanding about my anxiety with this procedure. Thanks to all!!

I had a chicken emergency, and they got me in right away. Everyone was very kind and professional. I was impressed with the attention that we received both during and after the emergency, as well as the next day follow up. Dr. Archie was very thorough and patient while teaching me how to care for my new birds.
