Sally was both professional and responsive to our needs and preferences, and replied in a timely manner to answer all our questions prior to our very first appointment. Our two kitties came home looking (and smelling!) amazing! Two teddy bear trims for our two long-haired Persians. It was our first experience with a professional groomer and it won't be our last visit to West Coast Sassy Cats! Thank you again, Sally. I'm so glad someone recommended you to us and our furry little 9-month old family members. ??

We honestly can't wait to come back!!Thank you past google reviews for leading me to West Coast Sassy Cat's servies. It was my senior kitty's first time having a full groom and he was truly at ease in Sally's expert hands. Normally he is stressed after appointments but after his groom, he was RELIEVED (picture is 30 min after returning home). I honestly think he knows he is set now.. he does not have to worry about straining to groom himself. He even walked out of the bathroom instead of running thanks to the sanitary trim (no mess!). Thank you Sally for treating our furry family member with care and respect :)

Even though I was a little late to my appointment, she still did a wonderful job in taking care of my cat, and made sure to spend all the time necessary to get the job done.Would definitely recommend to anyone with a fluffy friend. ?
