Horrible1- on checking in I asked for late checkout I was told to confirm morning of but should be ok2- alarm clock in the room was set at 6:30 am. Cleaners didn't check this and ruined our sleep3- batteries in remote didn't work I had to replace4-checking out I called in the morning and I had a medical emergency and had to go the emergency room and was told they cannot do any later checking out but if I paid $25 they would allow it.Never would stay here again!

Super accommodating staff and so lovely! Kayla, the receptionist, is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Not only is she lovely on the phone but also in person. Emily is a fantastic massage therapist who makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. My partner and I have been a few times now and will be back again and again. Thank you to you both!

Such beautiful scenery in the lobby with the Coi fish pond, some of the most friendly and welcoming staff, never had issues with getting extra towels, even let us borrow an power bar so we could hook up our gaming system to the TV. I love the environment friendly aspect to the hotel even if it does sacrifice air conditioning they have tons of fans to use. Always have a such a great time whenever I’m there. Special shout-out to Solamae at front desk for being very helpful and accommodating, definitely will be coming back to Parkside :)
