If you need pelvic floor therapy, Minal Shah is an absolute life saver. She helped me completely reverse a mild pelvic organ prolapse and moderate diastasis recti (due to childbirth) in only six months. Minal also quickly treated other injuries as they arose without hesitation and was always available when needed.
Minal is attentive, professional and humorous, making each appointment feel like a hangout vs therapy. If you follow her advice and put in the work required, you will be exceptionally pleased with the results.
