I am always impressed with the amount of work Dr Grimes is able to do in a short appointment. You works so thoroughly and with such knowledge. His deep tissue work is very affective and allows adjustments after to be done more easily.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Grimes and Dr. Lloyd. I injured my back in late June at work and I have received several shock wave treatments from both of them. They have been consistent in their treatment plans and are very welcoming and caring. I deducted one star because the front desk supervisor is lacking in training in how WorkSafe BC procedures work.
I saw Andy Shaw for a massage. He did a thorough assessment first of my gait, flexibility and problem areas followed by a deep tissue massage. His treatment has helped with my plantar fasciitis and tight calf muscles. I plan to return for a follow up treatment. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
