When the gardeners in our townhouse complex accidentally cut my gas line while trimming the hedge, Tony and Paulo came to my rescue. Tony was very kind and reassuring on our initial phone call and Paulo came to the house that same day to ensure I would still have gas for the hot water tank and furnace. Paulo removed the damaged gas line (to the gas fireplace) and returned two days later to install the new one. I feel both men were very thoughtful and thorough and generally cared about getting everything back to normal for me quickly and safely. Great job. Great work ethic. Great people.

It was a great experience. Tony is super professional , arranged my hot water tank replacement very quickly, all the prices were upfront. If I ever need a plumber, I will call VENTRESCA plumbing.

Did all the plumbing on a new basement suite including a new boiler and does all my repairs on rental units. Very experienced and knowledgeable with reasonable prices. Tony knows what he's doing and gives you peace of mind it is done right the first time.
