Ask for Xavier if you have a plumbing situation! From reading the yelp reviews I was a bit thrown off by all the polar opposite ratings...especially the 1 stars...Latham's the company our strata works with so we went with them. We had a clog in our kitchen sink that our handy friends weren't able to fix. Had to get a professional to come in. The first guy Latham sent took about 30 mins and let us know that he wasn't able to fix it and the company will send someone else. Next day the second guy came and fixed it under 10 minutes! It was incredible. His name is Xavier. I will give a 5 star just for Xavier's sake! He is a rock star plumber!

Compliments to Latham's again. Had bathroom reno done by a contractor (not Latham's sadly )and discovered tiny leak under new powder bathroom sink installed less than 2 months! I knew I should have insisted with reno crew not to use their assigned plumber and use Lathams instea or I would not have had problems. For repair I called Latham's & will only use Latham's all the time. Thankfully Latham's immediately found the problem & corrected it. Best professionals in the city,
