Trevor and the whole team at The Physio Shop have helped me immeasurably over the last year in my recovery from an accident. Can’t recommend them enough. Kind, patient, attentive and flexible, this is a place one can feel seen and heard, cared for and respected. All the stars and more. 🙏
I just had my first session with Trevor, and it was phenomenal. I have a new understanding of my body and how to address old injuries. As important, I have a deeper appreciation for how my mind, body, and spirit are connected, of how to heal and keep getting stronger. Thank you, Trevor - I’ll be back!
Marcia is a really excellent RMT! As a plus-sized woman, I always feel a bit anxious talking to professionals about my body, but she was really thoughtful and patient, completely non-judgemental. She only cared about making sure I was comfortable and helping me with the issue I came in for. She was super knowledgeable, and made sure I knew what she was going to do ahead of time. She made recommendations but also encouraged me to do my own research.
And it’s so great that she has availability on Saturdays! I feel so much more relaxed and optimistic about my ongoing health issues than I did before my appointment, and now I’m set up... read full review
