River is so accommodating. Not only did she squeeze me in for a reinstall of my extensions (before my birthday), she also went above and beyond to ensure my re-tipped Ktips didnt slip out. She double washed my hair, blow dried carefully and didnt rush the re-tipping process. And they didn't! Stayed in for another 4 months. She made the life if my extensions last 8 months.
