When you receive outstanding service, it's important to recognize that. I use Techtone for IT security on my phone and computers. Recently there was a potentially malicious app that made its way onto my phone. Omer and Trushant have been providing our company with support for over 5 years. Our company manufactures Natural Stone for Countertops. To be successful we rely heavily on Automation. Techtone has done an amazing job at keeping our machines safe from cyber security breaches. These guys are proactive. And when we need them, they show up and solve problems. In the spring of 2021 our most valuable machine crashed. Trushant worked side by side with the machine manufacturers technician till we were back up and running. This included a few lates nights. All in all, these guys provide a service that truly holds value. We will be using them for the unforeseeable future.
