Very knowledgeable. I know a lot, he knows more. That edge matters. I got ripped off on a laptop I thought was probably DDR4 but wasn't in the 10 seconds it took him to physically pull the ram. He knows all the hardware solutions, like the most remote HDMI to wireless for all platforms
This will be my go-to repair shop from now on. Raymond is someone who truly cares about his craft. Prior to getting two of my laptops repaired, I got quotes from all around town and Raymond offered the best price by far. Typically lower prices mean lower quality, but not with Raymond - he's by far the most qualified.
