They sent my microbiology test to the lab too late (the lab reported 2 days late). They blindly prescribed and replaced antibiotics twice because it was not working. Now these guys can't even tell what they were treating me for. It is been a while and I still have symptoms. They don't receive calls from patients. This clinic is low-rated for a reason.

Front line staff are great. They often have to deal with frustrated people which is not easy. All appointments are made online so patients need and email address to book. This poses problems for parents with young kids that dont have email accounts. Doctors are great too but they have a tight schedule to keep patients moving through clinic. So be prepared for your visit

Got charged and blocked for no show even though I reached out through email that I was not able to receive a call from them. No one answered through email as well. Worse customer service ever. I went to walk in right now because of my first degree burn but I was told that my appointment will be cancelled. I hope no one will experience the same thing I had experienced. Healthcare service sucks.
