Customer service was underwhelming from the owner of this business. I was charged over $400 for an initial clean that didn't even include the stove and the bed was half made. My place is small and I wasn't impressed with the owner's response when I asked for details about preparing for the second visit since she had said I needed to spray the oven the night before. I have never had to do this while employing cleaning services. I thought having this service would alleviate my stress but just dealing with her was stressful.
