Something to be mindful of, when they state all the fluids will be checked as a part of their annual maintenance service, it only includes washer fluid.I took my car to this dealership for maintenance service this week. They clearly had stated that all fluids will be checked during maintenance service, but when I checked my car the following day, I realised that the coolant fluid level was the same as before and it was still very low. When I called them, they said it was a mistake to state all fluids and only washer fluid would've been checked and topped up. On my second visit to this dealership, I was pleased to find Charles to be extremely helpful. He not only understood the issue I was explaining to him, but also effectively communicated it to the mechanics. Charles remained calm and polite throughout the entire interaction, making the experience even more pleasant.
