My puppy is an active Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. His first grooming experience was with a Kinu - he absolutely loves her! She does a fantastic job grooming his paws and trimming his ears. In fact, when we are in the neighbourhood walking by, he wants to go in! I highly recommend this business - and so does my puppy!

We brought our 8yr old mini schnauzer for the second time yesterday to see Kinu. He had no hesitation walking into the spa. His grooming from 7 1/2 weeks ago grew out nicely. Kinu is wonderful with him. I love how she does his nails.

We took our 13.5 year old Cairn Terrier, for a groom with Kinu yesterday. Found out about the spa via Yelp. THANK YOU YELP! The place is clean, tidy, small and very welcoming. Not one of those fast turnover outfits where there are cages for dogs and meet up pet areas (which Olive no longer enjoys). It was one on one attention. Olive happily entered and left equally happily, with a spring in her step. Kinu is a sweetheart. She has two elderly chihuahua-type dogs herself. Loved seeing the photos of them on the wall. She listened to our requests and took care studying the photo I showed of our ideal outcome. Hypoallergenic shampoo came as no surprise or issue. One hour and...read full review
