WOW. Chris Kramer is a 10/10 professional. Personable, efficient, effective, insightful, and really good at his job. He has an incredible understanding of the interrelated mechanics of the human body. This is some next-level physio. Very impressed!

MVMTLAB is a special spot. The practitioners are extremely professional and knowledgeable on pinpointing the causes of pain and explaining the complexities of the body to help improve your quality of life. I have gone to visit Jeff for Chiro care as well as Spencer for RMT care and both are fantastic. I am very happy to have found MVMTLAB and would recommend for anyone seeking a great tool to help with overall heath and wellness.

Chris is very patient and attentive. He spent time to find out the root of my specific problems and worked with me from there on. It's not a one size fits all "push push push" regime.

We are an integrated multidisciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, Naturopathy, Prolotherapy injections, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation & Return-to-Play movement programming, and Concussion Care. Our practitioners have backgrounds in National, Professional and University sport which makes for an incredibly knowledgeable team that knows how to treat athletes of all levels, because we are athletes.
