Modern Nails Yaletown

This is the last time I ever set foot in Modern Mails yaletown. Besides the attitude I received when I was telling her what I want my nails to look like, working too fast and rough she cut into my skin with her electric file. Without hesitation or saying sorry, she blamed me for reaching to look at color samples. I didn’t see or hear any apology from any of the other staff at any point. They tried to ignore the situation as much as they could. You can also see how badly she applied the matte top coat. Honestly.. the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Very thorough, attention to detail, wonderful scrub, massage and hot towel. Julie was esthetician and gave me a shellac pedicure. Thank you Julie, I’ll be back soon!Service: Pedicure

Wish I loved this place, as I live right around the corner. But customer service is terrible. All of the staff were doing each others nails, and ignoring customers. My manicurist did a great pedicure, but spoke hardly any English at all, and the other staff would shout out at me what she was asking me.Service: Pedicure
