The best massage therapist I’ve visited so far
Been to a number of different RMTs, but none of them had the same level of knowledge that Kevin had. He's very professional but able to make you feel comfortable, and is an excellent RMT if you are looking for sports related treatment.He was able to explain his science-based methodologies and identify specific muscles that were tight almost immediately, and released a lot of tension without having to dig in excessively. He also has excellent knowledge of body mechanics and biology which was impressive.He was also able to target new muscles that I've never had work done on, and give great post-treatment tips and exercises. Highly recommend his practice.
Kevin is the best. He takes time to help find the root causes of your problems and makes sure to address all issues properly.Extremely knowledgeable in his work and he even took time to show me stretches and exercises that I feel were essential in my recoveryI cannot recommend him enough
