Update 10 years later:

I still come here. In still very happy every time I come. My girlfriend has become my wife and we have two kids. I 70% credit this to the hair cuts I receive at this place. Almost my whole family gets out hair cut here. Only my son doesn't get his hair cut here because he likes sitting in a plastic car.

I came here once in the summer of 2014 with my girlfriend as she had an appointment to get her hair cut. I sat in amazement as the skilled hands of her Japanese stylist scissored away at her hair with a toolbelt full of different scissors. I have been doing my hair (straightening) with Yuki for more than 10 years and always walked out Chura with 100% satisfaction. The store is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The price are very fair. I highly recommend Chura. Please make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance because they are busy.
