My wife and I just completed a major repair renovation of the downstairs of our townhouse, which was just originally built in the early 90s. Graeme Huguet leads this company. The professionalism of My House was well known to us as we had seen the tremendous work on renovations they performed on a house belonging to our close friends. The project manager led us thru the various planning stages and thru the cumbersome but necessary process of obtaining a building permit thru the City. All was explained in advance and was completed within time and within budget. We are pleased to provide a reference letter for the My House Design Build Team. We chose this company because they provided a team that included architecture, design and construction. As a busy couple with teenagers, we needed a team approach to ensure our house was renovated beautifully by a company that provided complete project management.We were very impressed with the staff at My House Design Build Team. They were all very professional and listened to our ideas for the house. The addition that was constructed for our home does not look like an addition at all. We would like to commend the My House Team for being extremely accommodating and understanding of our family’s evolving needs, from design all the way to completion. Kudos to the team for keeping clients top of mind while navigating the often unpredictable challenges that would were felt throughout the construction industry in the past few years. We appreciate the candid communication and transparency regarding options and next steps no matter how difficult the news was regarding delays, staff shortages, scope additions due to regulations, and cost impacts.
