I booked Magic Carpet Steam Cleaning to clean the carpets of our one bedroom and den unit before we moved in. Dale was responsive, communicative and very accommodating. He was able to book me in short notice and during my requested time frame.Terry was the technician who cleaned our carpets. He was amazing! Not only do the carpets look excellent, he was understanding of the fact that I was running behind and would be late to our scheduled time. He was efficient and thorough with our unit and really did an excellent job.Excellent value for money and great experience all around. Highly recommend!
