Our furnace stopped working last week and after calling The Good Guys, Wes showed up at our door within 45 minutes and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain in simple terms, what the problem was. Very professional and knowledgeable! We will continue to always use this company for all our heating and plumbing needs!
Huge thanks to Wes for fixing my Lennox heat pump. I had other technicians from the other company come over before, and they spent over five hours but couldn’t identify the problem. In the end, they suggested I replace this heat pump and quoted me $11k. Then I called the Good Guys company and Wes came and identified the problem, and fixed it right away! I finally have a working heat pump to enjoy. I’m really grateful to Wes for fixing it and saving me a lot of money. Highly recommend Wes and the Good Guys company!
