Yes, this place can get busy ..but staff so friendly, clean and organized. Went in Boxing Day with ankle injury.. assessed/imaged in and out in 2 hours so all things considered not bad at all
The staff were all very helpful and friendly when I took my daughter there today. She was in a lot of pain and they helped her in every way that they could. My only concern was the lack of doctors available - the wait was aweful. What can we do to advocate for more doctors?
On Saturday, October, 21st I had an unfortunate mishap requiring urgent medical attention. Right from the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and treated very promptly. Thank you so much to all the staff I interacted with - the greeter at the front door, the triage/reception desk, Hanneke the nurse who treated me and Dr. Rogers the physician. I could not be more impressed by the care I received and I'm so grateful that we have this wonderful facility in our community!
