The office staff treat me with patience and kindness and I am so thankful to have Dr. Liu as my family doctor. She is inquisitive and puts things into their correct perspective. I appreciate her expertise. The appointment by phone and video system seems to have improved wait times in the office, but I never personally had an issue with long waits.

Given the twin challenges of the shortage of physicians in BC and covid restrictions, it is understandable that this facility is not a true "walk in" clinic at the present time.Having said that, my wife and I were able to make appointments with our family physician, without much fuss, either by calling in or via Elicare's web portal.Our family physician, Marina Rosu MD, NP, is both astute and empathetic, and has been very attentive to our needs. She offers practical guidance relevant to our needs.The location of Elicare New West,at Royal City mall, is very convenient. Dr. David Sung has been likely the best experience I've had seeing a doctor. I understand walk in clinics tend to have lower ratings because of poor experiences by patients, but that's why it's extra important to give recognition to doctors who deserve it.
