I have used Jeff several times. Faucet replacements; leaky toilet wax seal replacement; and, most recently, a major project being replacement of all Poly-B piping in my home.
Jeff has been terrific in all cases, from the regular to the challenging. He takes a thoughtful approach to his work. He communicates very well. Importantly, for me, is that he explains what needs to be done in layman's terms, and will offer the pros and cons of moving ahead as planned, or what alternatives may exist.

Jeff from Great Pacific Plumbing recently did the plumbing work for the renovation of our bathroom and en-suite. Although Jeff’s wasn’t the lowest quote we received (nor was it by any means the most expensive), we decided to work with Jeff because he was willing to be flexible in working with our schedule rather than us having to build our schedule around the availability of the plumber.
