Excellent friendly service, prompt and professional! I manage the Newcastle Apartments in Nanaimo and had a boiler issue on a Sunday at midday, when I called Jeff (the owner) on Monday morning and said the building just up and lost heat; he gave up his planned day off to help. He was over shortly after we spoke and got that old boiler up and running in two shakes of a lamb's tail, I highly recommend him!

I called Jeff after receiving a devastating quote from a different plumbing company on the island. He is a super knowledgeable, reasonable, punctual and reliable guy and immediately you just feel you can trust him. We are really glad we put our trust in Jeff as he replaced all of our old piping in our house on time and on budget, while keeping our spirits up.We had a few follow-up questions and needs after he finished his work and he’s always made sure to come by / follow through as well!

Best plumber in Nanaimo! Jeff was there within minutes to quote on my job. He was able to book in my tub replacement/upgrade all my plumbing the following week. He was prompt, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and fast. Definitely hire this guy, you won't be disappointed!!
