Super speedy to get a non-urgent appointment (next-day!). Lee was such a gem -- my problem ended up being a nightmare for him and took way longer than he'd originally thought. He stuck with it, used resources to troubleshoot, kept working the problem from different angles. Really happy with the result and the 1-yr warranty on that service, thanks!!

Really great experience! We needed to replace the Poly B pipe from the road to the house. The price was reasonable (much lower than other estimates) and the work was very well done. We ended up also having them replace our hot water tank. Cassidy and team were great!
