I experienced an emergency situation with a clogged sewer this evening and promptly contacted Roto-Rooter for assistance. Within an hour, a technician named Sat arrived at our residence. I must commend Sat for his exceptional service—he demonstrated a high level of expertise, professionalism, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. He not only efficiently cleared the drain of roots and debris but also provided detailed explanations at each stage of the operation.
