Not only helpful, but incredibly informative and will walk you through every step of what they will be doing, what they found, and what they know is the best course of action in getting your car back on the road. Honest & reliable, these guys were reccommended to me by a friend, and I will gladly reccommend them again to others in the future!

I've been driving an older car, a 1990s ford and these kinds of cars are bound to have problems. They diagnosed everything, told me exactly what needed to happen and gave me a super reasonable price for the service. Definitely not scammers, would go again and would definitely recommend! Thank you Paragon Motors! Oh and also, they often top up your fluids free of charge :)

Being new to Kelowna, I checked around and decided on Paragon. I was not disappointed. The front office guys are so welcoming! They did an inspection and covered off what could be done and we went ahead. Extremely professional! Good hot chocolate! This is now my go-to mechanic in Kelowna.
