Kyle, our technician, was both extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was also helpful in explaining a way to fill out an LG form online (which he helped me with) that saved me over $200. I would never even bother to call another appliance company ever again

Marco arrived right on time and conducted a thorough and complete inspection to analyze our issue which he determined was an elevated gas supply issue that triggered a safety feature in our range. He was totally professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue which we will resolve with a registered gas fitter in due course.
