Thank you for all the medical services at Old Orchard. The clinic is tidy and clean. The front-desk staff are nice and considerate. Dr Scarth is very gentle with full patience. Because of the wonderful experience, my parents-in-law started to ease themselves and adapt to their new lives in Canada. Thank you again!

I've been a patient of Dr Frame for about 20 years and he has offered my family and I excellent care through this time. I am very sad that he will be retiring from his family practice soon, as he was one of the most thorough doctors I have ever encountered. When Dr Frame was not available I was treated by Dr Ticea, who is also an excellent doctor. Dr Eichorst is very good as is Dr Bryant. I am not sure why some patients complain about the front office staff, they have always been kind, and helpful to us. Mindy is fantastic, very effective and she solves problems quickly. I think context is important here. People come to the doctors when they feel their worst so I think people may tend to just be negative when they speak of all medical clinics. I have yet to see a highly rated medical centre.I think it’s great that this is a walk in clinic while having family doctors. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Frame for over 20+ years. I am personally affected and sad that he’s retiring because he is such an amazing doctor who has always been a bright spot for me during my ailments.
