moved into new (used)home with a Vista 15P alarm system ,but former tenants didn't leave any codes for use. Called Victory Alarms (Richard Smith)and they were able to come out the same day. Richard was able to reset alarm, input my new codes and get system up and running within 30 minutes. Instructed me on use Victory Alarms is now my go to alarm company .
