This office is staffed by Mike Wu OD, Tony Duong OD, and Warren Chue OD. We are located inside of the Costco Vision Center in Tucson (I-10 / Kino Pkwy Exit). Our second location is located inside the Costco Vision Center in Marana (I-10 / Orange Grove Exit) We accept VSP, Spectera, Davis, EyeMed (select plans only), and Avesis vision plans. Please call our office and we can determine your eligibility, or we can complete your exam as an open access provider.
