I just had my first visit with Michaela and I am in far less pain than I was walking in the door. She's intelligent and compassionate and intuitive and really knows what she's doing. My doctor recommended her and I'm so grateful.
Tensegrity is one of the best wellness gems of the foothills. Kayla has done an amazing job of creating a really special place that you feel better just by being in it. Every time I walk through the clinic and see the city from the windows I just think “wow!” From the incredible PT she personally provides as her core business, she has curated a group of so many talented wellness professionals to provide all you need from massage therapy to personal training to nutrition to yoga. I’ve even attended a few wellness day events that were really educational and fun and appreciated all the new knowledge I left with. I started off with physical therapy to help treat my vertigo, the doctor suggested acupuncture to help. It has been about 2 months and my balance, walking and ability to stand has 100% improved. If you need physical therapy, massage, acupuncture or other wellness services I highly suggest you contact Tensegrity Physical Therapy and Wellness and Audrey, the front desk representative, will do her best to get you scheduled at a time that works for you.
