Everyone's grief story is unique. I feel Jennica is able to accept each person and their story without judgement. That is so helpful, because as humans, we tend to put a lot of parameters around our own experience and we tend to "should" ourselves into more pain and health issues. Jennica removed my self imposed myths around my personal experience. She gently helps you let go of self deprecation, thereby creating an environment where you can feel safe to share your story with her.As a behavioral health practitioner I benefited from taking her seminar.
