I contacted Douglas about checking into a laptop with some water damage. He looked at it in a very timely manner and offered options that made sense. He was knowledgeable and his rate was more competitive than the large repair shops. I would highly recommend him.

Doug was able to address and solve every issue we threw at him for multiple laptops and our network - which was quite a bit. Some of it was operator error - oh, hey, THAT's how to use Google Drive? Some of it was just regular stuff like transferring files between devices. Doug answered every question we had professionally and amicably. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him!

I was very pleased and satisfied with the help that I received from DCT . The specialist answered all of my questions helped me to become more knowledgeable and comfident in using my iPad along with hooking up my printer to my iPad and showing me how to use it with ease . He also hooked up my TV headphones which no one else was able to do. I would highly recommend DCT to all who need "a little help from their friends" when it comes to tecknowledgely . Thank you , BC
