Enid did my Keratin treatment. My hair is absolutely amazing. I didn’t lose my curls which is always a plus. Enid is so lovely and professional. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back.
I have only been to a salon 2x (including this one) in the past 7 yrs due to prior experiences. On 16 Dec I had a consultation and explained, in detail, my hair: growth, processes, mistakes and damage, and how my head sweats. Most of all, what I needed. I even showed pictures of what I wanted including specifically NO HEAT (curling iron) maintenance. What was supposed to be a 2hr process turned into 3 1/2 (and i have short hair). The pictures show the STYLE & CUT I requested (No color) vs what I received. 3 stars because the vinegar and steam treatment I needed and am thankful for.
